• Account information: Email address, name, and authentication provider identifiers (Google OAuth, magic link) when you sign up or log in.
• User-generated content: Map scenes, uploaded images, exports, and project titles you create through the Service.
• Billing information: Subscription status, credit transactions, and payment processing details (handled securely through Polar; we do not store full payment card numbers).
• Usage data: Analytics events related to page views, feature usage, and export activity to help us improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Authenticate your access and maintain your account.
• Store your map scenes and exports.
• Process and manage subscriptions and usage credits.
• Analyze product usage and improve the Service.
• Communicate with you about account-related matters, such as billing or service updates.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase with row-level security policies, ensuring that your projects are only accessible by your account. Exports and uploaded images are stored with signed URLs for secure access. We implement industry-standard security measures, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate the Service (e.g., Supabase for database and storage and Polar for billing), under contractual agreements that protect your data.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service provider, users, or others.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information and generated content within a reasonable period, unless we are required by law to retain certain records.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
